First Step by Israel to Reopen Tourism Industry:

28 April, 2020
Some countries are trying to change modality of lockdown and trying to come in
normal life. China, Italy, Israel are some example of this. Recently, Israeli Prime
Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu is agreed to apply first modest steps toward
reopening the hospitality sector. This modality allows hotels and accommodations
with ground floor rooms e.g Zimmers or bed and breakfast to reopen from this 3 rd
May.

On the basis of this rule, the facilities will initially be open to domestic visitors.
Authorities said the return to activity will be subject to death rates from Covid-19
up to this date. In coming days, guidelines will be formulated together with the
ministry of health, for operating hotels and accommodations during the period in
which Covid-19 continues to impact Israel.
Tourism minister, Yariv Levin said: “I welcome the first step that was made today.
This is good news to thousands of business owners and workers in the tourism
industry, who for the first time since the outbreak of the crisis, have a date set up
for their return to activity.”

This plan is one of the key, model plans that will obviously help to Tourism
Industry and will help to get recovery of national economy. Coronavirus is not
easy to control but after maintaining social distance, sanitization and other
precaution if government will start to mobilize locally available resources and
human power this will be very suitable to survive many sectors.
