The Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) is going to finalize its draft for the Pashupati area master-plan. PADT will announce the report after collecting comments and feedback of the local residents and concern stakeholders.
Dr Chandra Mani Adhikari and his team started the first visit to the concern parties. PADT member-secretary Dr Pradeep Dhakal informed that the team is focusing as per its scope. Previously, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation (MoCTCA) had formed a seven-member technical team under the leadership of economist Dr Adhikari to give final shape to the master plan for the Pashupati area.
While giving the concluding shape of the report, the team is now accelerating the public interaction and discussion. The concern stakeholders and locals voice will be heard with due attention to the archaeological, historical, religious and cultural dimension of the Pashupati area. Dr Dhakal, member secretary of the committee informed that the technical committee has been given three months to complete its work.
